We didn´t have breakfast at the cafe of the hotel due to the bad experience I had the evening before on the day we arrived, when I stopped there for a snack. First, let me inform that there was ONLY two or 3 other people there besides me, who left the place after 15-20 minutes, which left me as the only person there. After my order, they took about 20 minutes just to inform me they couldn´t make the smothie I had asked for because the blender was broken. How long does it take to figure that out??? After, when I decided for the fresh orange juice (and the machine was right there in a visible place) they took another 20 minutes to bring it, and it was NOT made in the machine that was there on the front. I counldn´t figure out why. So, I stayed there for almost one hour before I could finish having my snack: a glass of juice and piece of pie that was already there, ready. Because of that bad experience we didn´t take the risk to have breakfast there in the morning, especially in the last day when we had a train to catch. Something else: there was a whole menu there offering all sorts of things, like sandwiches, toasts, etc. but nothing was available, except for the cakes and pies that were already made there on display. Not even a piece of bread.

Lovely hotel - very helpful receptionist offered us a choice of rooms. Coffee shop on ground floor ideal for breakfast. Lovely rooftop terrace with an honesty bar. Clean comfortable room, recently decorated. Good shower room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location - round the corner from central square with good restaurants. This leads onto the main pedestrianised shopping centre and the famous bridge across the gorge into the old town. At the end of the hotel's strees is a park which leads to the walks around the city walls and gorge - wonderful views. More practically, it is an easy stroll from the bus station.

Perfect location - just a few steps from Puente Nuevo, quiet street, a number of nice and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Fantastic staff at the reception - we had a really warm welcome and got a couple of good tips about the restaurants, possibilities of free parking (they have also a contract with a paid parking lot) and sightseeing. Our room was quite basic, but it was clean and the size was adequate. We didn't have breakfast included, but we used their cafe once for an a'la carte breakfast and it was ok.

Location was perfect - right in the city center and close to the main city's attractions so you could just walk everywhere. We were lucky to park our car for free in the street right in front of the hotel entrance (the spot has been just freed up upon our arrival), however parking in nearby parking place would not be an issue either. It was nice that there was an equipped kitchen on the ground floor open for guests. Premises were clean and personnel very friendly.

We didn't know exactly where the hotel was before we got to Ronda. And was pleasantly surprised to find how very close it was to Ronda centre, bridges and park. The room was clean and spacious and the beds and pillows were REALLY comfortable! I didn't want to get up! There was a little cafe within the hotel that you can get very reasonably priced breakfast, croissants and cakes. Nice English tea too! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Ronda.
